If you are an incurable optimist, just walk up to the first person you see in the street and begin you potentially futile search by saying: “Are you by any chance Jan Stecyszyn, the famous photographer and winner of the prestigious and largely fictitious Best Photo Award Thing?”

Don't let the initial setbacks discourage you. With less than 7 billion more people to go, it's just a question of time, and don't be afraid, I'll wait until you eventually contact me in person.

A small tip for those of you who are considering trying. You'll subsequently improve your chances by starting you inquiry in Poland in Zielona Góra. However, bear in mind that's cheating and will never give you the overwhelming satisfaction of finding the real Jan Stecyszyn purely by coincidence.
